Sony has released a major PS5 update for all users which includes the much-awaited integration of the Discord voice chat service.
Players can use the Discord app on phones or PCs to transfer the call to the consoles. Currently, the update supports voice calls only.
As of now, Version 7 of the PS5 software is available for all consoles, making it possible to process the new updates.
Besides Discord integration, the new update has improved the resolution to 1440p and the ability to transfer data between PS5 consoles.
In addition to these, users can also use their voices to get small clips of their games. The addition of the new feature is a move to ensure a smoother experience for the players.
