Currently, he is in UAE where he visited many mosques and observed the whole month of Ramazan closely in a mosque and he finally accepted Islam.

Currently residing in the UAE, Roelvink immersed himself in the Islamic faith, spending the holy month of Ramazan in close observance within mosques.

His deepened understanding led him to embrace Islam, citing personal growth as his primary motivation. He emphasised his ongoing journey of learning, expressing gratitude for the supportive messages from fans worldwide.
“These are wonderful messages and I would like to thank you for that. I don’t think I’m in that position yet at all. I am learning in this process and I hope that is respected,” he added.
As reported by a Dutch newspaper, Roelvink said in a video message, “I don’t think many people have noticed that I had a special day yesterday,” he said while referring to the day he accepted Islam.
He continued, “Images were taken of this, posted online and widely reported in the media. That was to be expected when I do that in the presence of a large group of people.”
