Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo announced the decision during proceedings at the Lahore district courts.
The case against Ducky Bhai was registered on August 17 by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) on behalf of the state.
The FIR includes charges of electronic fraud, cheating, and multiple sections of Pakistan Penal Code, including Section 420.
Earlier, the court had sent Ducky Bhai to jail on judicial remand.
Investigators allege that he promoted betting applications through his YouTube and social media platforms, earning financial benefits from advertisements featured in several videos.
According to authorities, Ducky Bhai was arrested at Lahore Airport while allegedly attempting to leave the country.
His name had already been placed on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL) as part of the ongoing probe.
With the rejection of his bail plea, the YouTuber remains in custody while investigators continue their inquiry into the online gambling promotion scandal.
