“Both sides, Israel and Iran, are looking to do an immediate CEASEFIRE! Final negotiations on ‘Peace’ are proceeding, subject to ignorance or stupidity getting in its way,” the US president wrote.
He added that a blockade would remain in full force until a “Final Deal” is reached, noting that “things should move quickly.”
The statement comes as the two Middle Eastern rivals have engaged in recent exchanges of strikes, raising fears of wider regional instability. Trump has positioned himself as a key mediator, urging restraint from both parties.
