Pakistan Airstrike Reportedly Damages Bagram Airbase Facilities 75763
    Description:

The strike was said to be part of Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq, a military campaign launched by Pakistan in response to cross-border attacks allegedly originating from Afghanistan.

    Strategic Military Target

Reports indicated that the air raid targeted key infrastructure at the base, one of Afghanistan’s most important military installations.

Satellite imagery reportedly showed damage to an aircraft hangar and warehouse structures inside the airbase.

The attack was described by defence analysts as a significant escalation, demonstrating Pakistan’s capability to strike deep inside Afghan territory.

    Series of Air Operations

According to security sources quoted in media reports, Pakistani forces have conducted more than 50 air raids over the past week, targeting what authorities describe as militant hideouts and military facilities used for cross-border attacks.

Recent operations reportedly included strikes in Jalalabad and Nangarhar Province, where an ammunition depot and drone storage facility were said to have been destroyed.

    Rising Cross-Border Tensions

Pakistani officials have repeatedly accused militant groups operating from Afghan territory of carrying out attacks inside Pakistan.

Authorities say the operations are aimed at neutralising security threats and targeting facilities linked to militants.

The situation remains fluid, with tensions between the two neighbouring countries rising amid ongoing military activity along the border.
