Description: Fast bowler Haris Rauf remains optimistic about his return from injury, expressing confidence in the team’s prospects at the Champions Trophy. Speaking to the media during a practice session at Karachi’s National Stadium on Monday, Rauf said he had been engaging in light exercises and training over the past two days. "I am feeling much better after recovering from my injury," he said. "The decision to include me in the first match against New Zealand will be made by the management, but I am satisfied with my recovery and not experiencing any discomfort." Addressing concerns about Pakistan’s bowling lineup, Rauf dismissed the notion that the team lacks depth. "It is incorrect to say that we only have three fast bowlers and one spinner," he stated. "We have a complete bowling unit, and alongside Abrar Ahmed, Salman Ali Agha is also a capable spinner. Any player can deliver a strong performance for Pakistan—it depends on the conditions and who performs best on the day." When asked again about his availability for the Champions Trophy opener, Rauf reiterated that the final decision rests with the team management.
