Non Stop Spotlights Social Media Accounts That Track Celebrities 247 76375
    Description:

Accounts like Buzzing Pop and Pop Crave share constant updates ranging from red carpet moments to chart rankings and viral interviews, attracting massive engagement across platforms.

Jay, a 25-year-old researcher for Buzzing Pop, says the work is continuous. “We’re at this 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” he said, adding that the team relies on both established media sources and anonymous tips, which are checked for credibility before posting.

Similar accounts have gained huge followings, while others focus on individual celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez and Zendaya.

Andrei Ciprian, who runs a Taylor Swift updates page with nearly two million followers, said he began by tracking details from the singer’s Eras Tour, spending hours daily posting updates for fans.

Experts say the trend has made celebrity tracking more widespread and intense.

Dr Georgia Carroll noted that behaviour once limited to small fan groups is now shared instantly with global audiences.

However, concerns are growing over privacy, as some accounts post real-time locations, candid videos and personal moments of celebrities in public spaces.

Celebrity publicist Claire Powell said the constant exposure has made it harder for public figures to avoid attention, with some reporting being followed whenever they step outside.

While traditional paparazzi relationships were often transactional, she said newer forms of fan-driven coverage can feel more intrusive.

Despite this, creators say their work is driven largely by passion. Some earn through platform monetisation, while others, like Andrei, say they do it to feel closer to the celebrities they admire.

Analysts say the trend reflects changing fan culture, where digital platforms have replaced in-person interactions, making celebrity engagement more immediate but also more intense.
